We know all to well and how often you will hire some equipment it turns up just before you need it and your really not happy with the quality of the equipment.
Problem is what can you do? carry on and struggle through or send the equipment back and be left with nothing, try complaining after the job and your complaint will no doubt be met with "well you used the equipment so we cant refund your money"
Obviously we have a business to run and we cant refund everyone, however in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your equipment when it turns up contact us on the numbers above or raise a support ticket within an hour of your equipment being delivered and we will arrange a refund for you and collect the equipment.
All of our equipment is still under manufacturer warranty so the chances of having any problems are unlikely at best so you can place your order safe in the piece of mind that we will be on our toes throughout the process.
